Contacting Us for Assistance

If you need assistance updating your West Legal Directory (WLD) profile or using Profile Update, you can do the following:

For online assistance, search for a Help topic.
For assistance with adding or changing an e-mail address in your profile or with updating other information in your profile, e-mail WLD Customer Service at wld.update@thomson.com.
To upgrade from a listing to an enhanced profile, call our Sales department at 1-866-443-4635.
For assistance with registering, adding a profile, or technical issues, contact West Customer Technical Support at 1-800-777-7089 or at help@profileupdate.findlaw.com.

When asking for assistance via e-mail, please include your name, phone number, organization's name, and a description of the help you require; for example, note the Profile Update page, activity, or error message prompting your request for assistance.
