What is Profile Update? If you would like to change the information in your WLD profile but don't fit in the above categories, e-mail WLD Customer Service at wld.update@thomson.com. Where can I view my WLD profile without updating it? How do I get started with Profile Update? What information can be updated with Profile Update? With a basic (free) listing, you can update information such as your name, address, phone and fax number, e-mail address, and practice area. If you have an enhanced profile, you can update information in a wide variety of categories, including narrative text, representative cases and clients, education, and more. (To upgrade from a basic listing to an enhanced profile, call our Sales department at 1-866-443-4635.) If you have claimed your individual profile, you can update your own profile, but not the organization profile with which it is affiliated. If you have claimed your organization's profile, you can update the organization profile, as well as individual profiles that are affiliated with the organization profile. How long will it take for my updated profile to be displayed on FindLaw and Westlaw? Is my profile information secure? Your organization is solely responsible for any legal liability arising out of or relating to the profile data.
