Viewing References That Cite Your Case or Statute When you check a case or statute citation in KeyCite (see Checking a Document in KeyCite), you can view a list of references that cite the case or statute. To view a list of documents that cite your case or statute, click Citing References.
Citing References for a Statute References are listed in the following order: cases affecting the validity of a section, pending legislation, cases from USCA and state statute notes of decisions, cases that do not appear in notes of decisions, administrative materials, and secondary sources.
