Enabling Cookies in Your Web Browser
In order for this service to work correctly, cookies must be enabled in your Web browser. A cookie is a message given to a Web browser by a Web server. The browser stores the message in a text file and sends it back to the server when it's needed. Cookies are used in this service to save your username and password and establish and maintain a path to a particular server during the research session.To enable cookies in Internet Explorer,
From the Tools menu, choose Internet Options.
Click the Security tab and then click Custom Level.
Scroll to Cookies and select Enable. This allows cookies to be stored on your computer.
Click OK in the Security Settings dialog box.
Click OK in the Internet Options dialog box.
To enable cookies in Netscape,
From the Edit menu, choose Preferences.
Click Advanced in the left frame.
In the Cookies section, select Accept all cookies.
